SEA Change Members will have access to the Three Pillars of SEA Change

Institute

The Institute will serve as Members’ one stop shop for resources, courses, and trainings related to DEI in STEMM and higher education, and will provide the foundation of knowledge needed to effect change meaningful change.

Community

The Community contains Members-only areas where institutions can share and discuss best practices and strategies for self-assessment and action planning peer-to-peer in a safe space.

Awards

The opportunity to pursue Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards that recognize institutions’ commitment to and creation of sustainable systemic change through self-assessment is only available to SEA Change Members.

SEA Change Membership Benefits

SEA Change Members receive the following benefits with their membership:

  • Opportunity to participate in an immersive cohort for first-time self-assessment with fellow SEA Change Members

  • Opportunity to apply for and receive SEA Change Awards

  • Five pre-paid seats for each new SEA Change Institute course and several on-demand offerings; registration fees greatly reduced for all seats for individuals affiliated with your institution

  • Access to Members-only areas of the SEA Change Community

  • Access to site visits from SEA Change staff

  • Access to virtual support from SEA Change staff on an as needed basis

SEA Change is Different. SEA Change is: Systemic, capacity building, law attentive, context relevant, intersectional, long term, iterative, and alignment building. SEA Change is not: another intervention, a "check the box" exercise, a ranking system, or a magic bullet.
