SEA Change meets institutions where they are, offering tailored support that builds capacity and promotes improvements aligned with each campus’s culture and mission.

An institution’s ability to produce innovative, problem-solving research depends in part on whether its culture, policies, and practices effectively serve all students and STEMM faculty. SEA Change equips colleges and universities with research-informed strategies and a community of peers to build capacity for, and implement, a shift from predictable faculty and student losses to widely shared gains.
