SEA Change Institutional Bronze Awardees have completed a thorough self-assessment of their institution’s policies, procedures, and climate. The self-assessments were utilized to develop a narrative demonstrating understanding of the underlying issues contributing to their institution-specific DEI challenges and a SMART action plan to address those challenges.
