The SEA Change Institute provides professional development through a variety of courses and learning series with the goal of increasing individuals' capacity to support systemic transformation efforts at their institutions.

The Institute is housed within Port of Call. Logging in will allow you to register for any available Institute offerings, keep track of your learning progress, and retain access to Institute materials for reference.

A New Look

You might notice our Institute looks different than it used to. We used your feedback from previous courses to revamp the way you can access Institute offerings! Our redesigned Institute launched in 2024, and will be redesigning and re-releasing our existing content through 2025 and 2026.

 

Member Benefits

SEA Change Member institutions have five complementary seats in all new Institute offerings included as part of their annual Membership. SEA Change Membership also unlocks discounts on Institute offerings of up to 75% for anyone affiliated with the Member institution. While Institute offerings are typically open to the public, they are designed with SEA Change Members in mind and will complement and support their pursuit of SEA Change Awards.
