The SEA Change Institute is designed to serve as a support system for the Members of SEA Change. The Institute will house a wide variety of resources to support Member institutions, biomedical endeavors, and departments organizations as they undertake the work of addressing the policies and practices that allow inequities in STEMM to persist.
SEA Change Membership will allow a number of representatives from Member Institutions full access to the Institute. Additional access to the Institute may be purchased at a reduced rate. Institute offerings may be accessed by non-member institutions, organizations, and individuals on an a la carte basis.
