Institutional Awards recognize colleges and universities that apply at the institution-wide level. These awards acknowledge efforts to examine data, identify barriers, and implement actions that shift policies, practices, and cultures across the whole institution.

Current Awardees
SEA Change Silver Awardees have completed a thorough self-assessment of their institution’s policies, procedures, and climate, and have demonstrated progress and impact from their prior actions and strategies. Their current round of self-assessments were utilized to develop a narrative demonstrating understanding of their own context-specific barriers and opportunities related to their culture, policies, and practices, and to develop an action plan that will continue to help their institutions more effectively serve all students and STEMM faculty.
